a year in the making — songs from the caregiving journey

The last year has been quite a journey as I conceived, prepared for recording, recorded, and craft a release for an album of songs focused on caregiving and my recent journey.

As I shared these songs in small gatherings, people kept asking where they could hear them. That encouragement pushed me to make a way. I reached out to my friend and producer in Nashville, Peter Young, and together we began planning, selecting, recording, mixing, and shaping these songs into something you can both enjoy and experience as part of my story.

Now, I’m thrilled to say that Capture the Moments will be released digitally on June 9, 2026. You’ll be able to find it on Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, and Pandora. Every track has a story behind it — a moment, a struggle, a prayer, or a shift in perspective. Each song was written for a reason, and each one carries a reason I want to share it with you, my fellow caregivers and humans.
